Social media giveaway: Win a Christmas party to remember

Eligibility: The Social Media Giveaway: 'Win a Christmas party to remember' is open to legal residents of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Good Fellow George and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on September 9th 2024, at 9:00 AM UK Time (09/09/2024) and ends on October 6th, 2024, at 11:59 PM UK Time (06/10/24). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must:​

• Sign up to the competition by submitting their email address through this page.

• Follow @thegoodfellowgeorge on Instagram or Facebook

• Comment their favourite Christmas Party song in the comments section.

• Share the giveaway post to their story for an extra entry.

Prizes: One winner will receive a Christmas party at The Good Fellow George, Nottingham. This includes a group of people of up to 25, an antipasti buffet and 6 bottles of fizz. The establishment will liaise with the prize winner on a date suitable for both parties between the dates of 27th November and 22nd December on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.​

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 48 hours of the Closing Date. Each participant's number of entries will be manually inputted into a system that will quantify their total number of entries and thus added to the prize draw.

Notification: The winner and runner-up will be contacted within 72 hours of the competition Closing Date at the email address provided from info@thegoodfellowgeorge.co.uk.

Verification: All entries will be verified to ensure that participants have completed the required tasks. Failure to comply with the entry requirements will result in disqualification.

Location Restriction: The Giveaway is open to residents of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, United Kingdom only.

Data Handling: By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to The Good Fellow George's use of their name and email address for future promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions: The Good Fellow George reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of The Good Fellow George, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Good Fellow George, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
